peadefense.text	A disszertáció egy nagy gyakorlati tapasztalattal rendelkező jelölt elkötelezett és újszerű eredményeket is tartalmazó, komoly és elmélyült kutatást tükröző munkája, akinek kutatási eredményei a gyakorlatban is alkalmazhatóak, hiszen olyan aktuális kérdéseket dolgoz fel, melynek ismerete, illetve a kutatás eredményei hozzájárulnak az intézményi és kari menedzsment megalapozott döntéseihez. A bizottság véleménye ugyanakkor, hogy a dolgozat egészéből hiányzik a nemzetközi kitekintés, illetve célszerű lett volna bizonyos hangsúlyokat megfogalmazni, ellensúlyozandó a részletes - ám korrekt - elemzést. A bizottság javasolja, hogy a disszertáció kutatásmódszertanának finomítását, koncepciójának árnyalását jövőbeni kutatásai kiterjesztésekor el kell végezni, illetve a disszertáció témáját egy tágabb kontextusba helyezni.
