| peadefense.text | Thorough analysis of the relevant literature, that is analysis of communication forms, culture that sup-ports knowledge and information sharing, factors that contribute to better organizational relationships, better social climate, improved worker morale and faster fulfillment of tasks. She also scrutinizes the negative impacts of emails as a communication form and a work method, such as time wasting, infra-structure exploitation, information overload, cyber loafing, interruptions of work. Important part of the dissertation is the examination of related relevant issues, such as the legal regulation, ethical implica-tions, HR policies and organizational culture. In the empirical research rigorous statistical methods were used that later support the findings. Based on the empirical findings the candidate has several sugges-tions to improve organizational efficiency, and addresses the role of policy, the responsibility of man-agement in creating an effective workplace with a good working atmosphere. |
